We do welcome and value any volunteers that are willing to give up their time to support in school. This could be on an ad hoc basis, such as helping out on a school trip or on a more regular basis, such as coming into school regularly to help children with their learning or listen to children read.

As a Hampshire School, we are required to follow their guidance for safer recruitment of volunteers. We request that any parent/carer who volunteers in school or would like to start volunteering in school familiarises themselves with our Volunteers Policy (below).

If you would like to volunteer on a regular basis at our school - ie once a week or 4 or more days in a 30 day period. Please can you complete the online application which can be found within our Volunteer Policy. 

Following its completion, we will follow up references and arrange for a DBS check (as required) and then undertake an orientation session with a member of our Senior Leadership Team.
